SimbaGo Tech sells a smart pet collar under the buyer's brand and software for pet businesses. This policy covers this website and the business emails we send.

From a form: name, work email, company, country and anything else you type. We do not collect payment details through this site.

From a link in one of our emails: a reference code and your company name, so we know which message you are answering.

From your visit: the pages you open, roughly how long you stay active, and which version of a page you saw (we test headlines and layouts). The country of your network connection may prefill the country field of a form.

An ordinary visit to this site sets no cookies. If you arrive from a link in one of our emails, or while we are testing two versions of a page, we set up to two first-party cookies for up to 90 days: a random visit id (sgt_vid) and the page version you were shown (sgt_ab_...). They contain no name, email or other personal data, and nothing is shared with advertisers.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser. The site works without them.

To reply to your request, send the samples or demo you asked for, and follow up once about it.

To see which pages and messages work, so we can improve them.

If you came from one of our emails and spend real time on the site, our team may get a notice with your company name or reference code, so that we can write or call you at a good moment. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in selling to businesses; you can object at any time.

We write to business contacts about our products. Every email says who we are and how to stop receiving them: reply with the word STOP, or write to the address below, and we stop at once.

Vercel hosts the site and provides analytics. Resend sends our replies. Telegram delivers lead notifications to our team. Cloudflare Turnstile may check that a form is filled by a person.

These providers may process data outside your country. We do not sell personal data.

Form and email data: up to 24 months after the last contact, or until you ask us to delete it. Visit and test cookies: up to 90 days.

Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and similar laws you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to our use of it. Write to the address below. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
